How to report wrong information, suggest a missing store, and help keep the directory accurate for everyone.
Used Project is a community-maintained directory and we rely on users like you to help keep information accurate. If you spot an error — wrong hours, an old phone number, incorrect address, or a store that's moved — please let us know.
The more reports we receive about specific issues, the faster we can prioritise and fix them.
The quickest way to report an issue is via the Report this listing link on the store's page. This pre-fills the contact form with the store name and the correct enquiry type, so you just need to describe what's wrong.
Alternatively, visit the Contact page, select Report incorrect listing information, and include the store name, suburb and a description of what needs to change.
Know a great op shop, antique dealer or vintage store that isn't listed on Used Project? We'd love to add it.
Visit the Contact page and select Suggest a missing store as the enquiry type. Include the store name, suburb or address, state, and the type of store it is. If you have a website or phone number, include that too.
If a store has closed down and shouldn't be in the directory anymore, please report it via the Contact page or the Report this listing link. Select Report incorrect listing information and note that the store is permanently closed.
We'll review and remove or archive the listing. Removing closed stores helps keep the directory useful and trustworthy.
We aim to process listing corrections within 3–5 business days. Some changes, such as adding a missing store or making significant updates, may take a little longer depending on the volume of requests we're handling.
Some information in the directory is submitted by community members, including store suggestions, photo uploads and corrections. While we review submissions before publishing, we cannot independently verify every detail.
